The Supervisor provides daily front-line supervision, leadership, and advanced technical support for a team of engineers. Scope of work typically includes planning and scheduling work, supervising workflow, and adherence to budget. Supervises the execution of engineering processes, reviews progress, and updates management, as needed. The Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting staff performance appraisals.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The position will supervise a group of talented electrical design engineers developing, testing and qualifying innovative robotics, tooling, controls, and inspection technology. As a supervisor you will have the opportunity to lead all aspects of the development cycle, starting at the conceptual stage and continuing through detailed specification, design, testing and site implementation. The position provides daily front-line supervision, leadership, and technical support.
