• Formulate cyber strategies to best meet evolving technological requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to integrate security practices and address vulnerabilities.
• Assist in the development and updating of security policies and protocols.
• Draft white papers and other technical articles to support company growth initiatives.
• Support Sales through demos, trade shows, and customer visits.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs & RFIs.
• Travel as required to implement, train, and support.

•    Maintain cyber risk register
•    Coordinate incident response with Global and Framatome Inc. CERT
•    Leads security audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
•    Deliver security awareness programs. 
•    Partners with technical teams to translate needs into execution plans. 
•    Defines business requirements and success criteria for digital portfolio and product ownership.
•    Coordinate change management for tool adoption.
•    Develop and update security policies and protocols
•    Monitor emerging technologies.
•    Project manage small teams implementing technical initiatives in manufacturing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience. 
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices.
• Good technical and analytical skills, particularly in a cyber security context.
• Familiarity with a range of cyber security tools, software, and methodologies.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to mentor and drive for results.
• Experience working with and securing Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems and associated computing environments, preferred.
• IT and Cyber Security certifications such as: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers. 

• Salary: $94,000 - $127,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
