Primary Day-To-Day Functions as Data Analyst:
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for operational reporting
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems
• Build and refine KPIs that support manufacturing and quality performance
• Partner with IT or data teams to improve data accessibility and structure
• Monitor daily production and quality metrics to identify emerging trends
• Create and enhance dashboards and create new visual tools for decision making
• Identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using data
• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences
• Facilitate alignment between digital transformation initiatives and operational needs
Additional Skills Needed:
• Strong SQL experience (querying, modeling, automation)
• Advanced proficiency in Python data analysis and visualization (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn,…) Power BI, Excel, Power Query
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and LIMS (Thermo SampleManager preferred), and understanding of digital workflows
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into operational improvements
• Skilled in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) and SPC methods
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, coach teams, and influence change
• Experience supporting digital transformation or process automation initiatives
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or quality engineering is a plus
