We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team supporting the repair, refurbishment, and replacement of safety-critical components for commercial nuclear power plants, as well as emerging work scopes for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and Advanced Reactors (ARs).
This role is central to ensuring the reliability, compliance, and long-term operability of reactor systems across the operating fleet while helping position the organization for next-generation nuclear technologies. The supervisor will oversee engineers responsible for developing technical repair solutions, replacement strategies, design modifications, and field execution support for complex nuclear components including reactor internals, pressure boundary components, and key balance-of-plant systems.
In addition to fleet support, the team contributes engineering expertise to SMR and AR programs—supporting component design for maintainability, repairability, and lifecycle service strategies. This includes evaluating new materials, manufacturing methods, and service tooling approaches tailored to advanced reactor architectures.
This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful work that not only sustains today’s operating nuclear fleet but also shapes service strategies for the next generation of nuclear energy systems.
