Why This Role Is Critical

The I&C Sales Manager I supports business development and growth across assigned nuclear utility accounts in North America. This role focuses on selling I&C safety, non-safety, modernization, and digital solutions while working closely with corporate/regional account managers who manage day-to-day customer relationships. The manager drives BU-level sales initiatives, opportunity development, and proposal support, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

This role provides a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity to grow in nuclear I&C sales, contribute to modernization initiatives, and collaborate across BU and account teams while developing expertise in a critical segment of the nuclear industry.

  • Business Development: Support identification and qualification of sales opportunities in I&C products and services. Collaborate with account managers to understand customer needs and shape value-based solutions.
  • Proposal & Solution Support: Assist in developing proposals, pricing strategies, executive summaries, and business cases. Partner with Solution and Product Managers to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
  • Sales Execution: Contribute to the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract award, with guidance from senior sales leadership. Maintain CRM and opportunity pipeline data.
  • Collaboration & Market Insight: Work cross-functionally with BU sales teams, technical specialists, and regional teams to support account growth. Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Commercial Support: Help ensure profitability, pricing alignment, and contract compliance. Support execution teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Nuclear, I&C, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in nuclear I&C sales, business development, or technical solution support.
  • Basic technical knowledge of I&C safety/non-safety systems, modernization, or digital platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel (~30–50%) across the region.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $112,000-$152,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
